    A basic desk in our coworking space provides you with a dedicated workspace, ergonomic chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to communal areas, along with pay-per-use printing services.

    Build the space you need to pursue your own heights. Our base private offices give you the space you need without the expensive price tag. If you need a little more, we offer a range of offices at different price points that City Work staff are more than happy to show.

  • Premium Offices

    A premium office in our coworking space offers a private, fully-equipped workspace with ergonomic furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, exclusive access to meeting rooms, printing services, and 24/7 entry, designed for teams or individuals seeking privacy and enhanced comfort.

Located steps away from Courthouse square, you can enjoy watching the all the cities best events from the comfort of a 5th floor office, or venture out and enjoy over 20 restaurants within walking distance.

  • 520 third St. is conveniently located next to the 1st parking garage. All monthly and yearly occupants have free parking included.

  • Unlimited coffee is available to all in our cafe. Use any of the cups provided or bring your own and enjoy a cup whenever you need.

  • City Work makes flexibility a key point. With hot desks available for a couple days, or offices for a few months. Contact us today to learn more about our avaialbe services.

  • Your space and items are secured at three points. Front door access is limited to key holders after business hours, and the elevator is locked to city work residents. Individual private offices come with a hard key to make sure you can leave behind your belongings without worry.
